Yes, all brands sold on our site are guaranteed to be genuine. All of our items are 100% authentic and brand new with tags attached.

How do I exchange my order?
We do not offer direct exchanges.

How do I cancel or change my order?
As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit the Contact Us page to initiate a return if you wish to return the order.

How do I return my order?
You may return your order to go-smartshop.com within 7 days of receiving the order. You must return items in new or unused condition with the original tags attached including any packaging and all other accessories in your box. You may be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

Estimated delivery dates are provided at check out and are not guaranteed. When available you will be provided tracking information.

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
We do not currently offer international shipping and can’t accept credit cards from outside of the United States.
